adm kullanıcı eklede budur arkadaşlar
ben şimdi sisteme aynı tc kimlikli kişinin tekrar üye olamayıp böyle bir kullanıcı sistemde mevcut bastırmak istiyorum bunu nasıl yapabilirim ?
