Lisansların büyük çoğunluğu yasal değil.. Ama dediğiniz gibi satışı yapılıyor ve forumda izin veriliyor.
Forumda satışı yapılan bir eklentiyi almaya niyetlendim daha sonra merak edip eklenti firmasına danıştım gelen cevap aşağıdaki gibi. Tespit ettikleri lisansları iptal ettiklerini ve forum yönetimine ulaşmaya çalıştıklarını ama yanıt alamadıklarını söylüyorlar.

We've taken action against quite a few Turkish users who sell our plugin on that forum. Anyone with a valid license was already taken care of. Sadly, there are more users on that forum who do the same, and the forum owners never replied to us or cooperated with us on taking them down.
Anyone who buys from there, it's doing it illegally and they'll lose the license as soon as it's discovered.
If you point us to the right posts, we'll gladly investigate and make sure the licenses are blocked, if anyone uses a license from our website.
