Çözülmesine sevindim. Bu ve benzer sorunları yaşayan arkadaşlar alttaki kodu sitenin .htaccess dosyasına ekleyip tekrar denesinler. Muhtemelen SSL kaynaklı olan sorun çözümlenmiş olacaktır.

Ayrıca facebook bağlama işleminden sonra url'in https://site.com/#_=_ şeklinde olması gibi hatalar ile karşılaşırsanız, alttaki kodu, header dosyasında meta etiketlerinin üstüne ekleyin.
