Payment is not in progress or the status is not seen as pending. What could be the reason for this. Sorry for taking your precious time but as a little help can you check the problem? All accounts are closely monitored for invalid activity. At times, while your account is under investigation, your payments will be temporarily placed on hold. You do not need to contact us about this hold, the hold will be removed at the end of the investigation automatically if your traffic is valid.
Our click quality specialists are in the process of investigating your account's traffic and will be sure to send you another email as soon as the investigation is completed, probably within 30-45 business days. We'd like to remind you that if we detect invalid clicks on your ads, we may take further action on your account in order to protect our advertisers' interests.
Ads placed too close to navigation or clickable elements, or ads that interrupt the user flow can often lead to invalid clicks. Please make sure to carefully evaluate your current ad implementation to avoid accidental clicks. For more information, review our ad placement policies and ad implementation guidance.
You may also want to investigate any changes in traffic sources you’ve experienced over the last 90 days. We’d recommend taking a close look at AdMob data found in your web analytics tool reports and/or your app’s log history. You should investigate any unusual increase in a particular traffic source from another country, IP address, etc.
Learning how to segment your traffic by using Google Analytics will help you to identify potential sources of invalid traffic.
