After review of these 3 domains, we were not able to move them to your account. This is due to your ID not matching the contact information on the domain names. Further review shows that the domains are owned by Microsoft Azure as their information is what is published to the WhoIs at the time we closed access to the Teknoclouds contacts. As we are unable to verify the contact information listed on the domain, we cannot move the domain to your account. We are required by ICANN to do this verification before awarding any domains to people who wish to get access to the domain. We cannot use receipts or if you had access to the account with Teknocloud as proof of ownership so we are only can use the WhoIs contact information.

We do have a newly available process in which customers who cannot verify their domains that have Azure or TeknoClouds contact information can attempt to get their domain names back. This process was made possible with an agreement with Afternic, who we can post the domains for sale there in which case you can repurchase them through Afternic or any of their affiliates. We understand that this is not ideal for domain owners. It is the only option we are able to do at this time to get domains that we cannot verify the contact information on to the party who owned or is interested in owning them. By doing so you will be buying the domain name for a higher price than what Teknocloud was charging as they were not directly paying the registry the appropriate price for domains. And it will be up to Afternic's algorithm to decide the pricing but is primary around $20USD for domains. The other option is to buy them as they expire through an expired domain auction or wait for the domain name to be made publicly available.
