Can I create projects for my clients using items from Envato Elements? How do I transfer a sublicense to my client?
Yes you can. As long as you have followed the requirements set out in the Elements License, youve ensured that the item cannot be extracted from the end product and your subscription remains active, you can transfer a sublicense to your client under a Limited Sublicense set out in Clause 6. You must inform your client of their obligations under the Limited Sublicense. We suggest that for you and your clients future records, you capture information relating to the item you licensed from Elements and used to create an End Product for your client.
