Please provide copies of any and all communications you have had with the registrar(s) (and reseller(s), if applicable) regarding this matter, so that ICANN can determine whether your concerns can be addressed under the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) and ICANN's Consensus Policies.

- Please provide any other records or information relevant to your complaint.
