Resolution Agreement
We will consider the issue as resolved once we are able to provide a fix/workaround/cause/suggestion/analysis on if there were any platform issues observed from Azure App Services side . If you do not feel I accurately captured your issue, please let me know and I will amend it.
Initial Analysis:
We have investigated on the list of domains you shared with us to find the domains not hosted in Azure. Form ICANN Lookup We can understand domains registered at GoDaddy/Wild West Domains, LLC. We have not found the list of domains purchased or deleted from Azure end in last 30 days.
As none of the domains are directly purchased from Azure and not hosted at Azure we would not be able assist you with access to these domains.
We understand the pain of not being able to access and use the domains. On our best efforts we have engaged our backend team to check for any possible action plan we can share with you on this.
Our back end team works in PST hours. We will keep you posted on update.
