Support Staff ResponseI understand that you are writing in about a domain registered by Teknoclouds. We are not directly affiliated with Teknoclouds and they are not one of our customers.
With review of the domain name, we show that the the domain name was registered through Microsoft Azure and Teknoclouds was a customers of theirs. We only provide back end processing for Microsoft Azure and have no access to their accounts or system on these domains.
Teknocloud was not registering domains through us but were registering them through a partner of ours which was Microsoft Azure. If your domain name was registered in the last week or so, your domain has been automatically cancelled and sent back to the registry. You will need to repurchase the domain name through a registrar of your choice.
As we have no dealings or direct interaction with Teknocloud, we have no way to further assist you here and all communications would need to go through the responsible parties. This means that any refunds of the purchase would need to come from Teknocloud as you were paying them to get the domain from Microsoft Azure. In the case that your domain was registered more than a week ago, and the domain has not been canceled by Microsoft, you will need to open up a ticket with Microsoft Azure for them to further assist you with getting the domain active in your Azure account. You can create an account and put a request in through the steps below provided by Microsoft Azure and Select "APP Service Domains". If your domain name cannot be moved to your account, there would be not be any way for us to further assist you again. Replying for further assistance will not gain any additional support as this is informational only.
We do apologize that Teknocloud was not being upfront with their customers but there is nothing more we can do at this time.
