As you are the customer of Teknoclouds, can you please discuss with your company/team to get the subscription id. Azure resources are tied with the Azure subscription, so for checking logs subscription id is mandatory for us as the domains are not currently with Azure.
We really cannot get any resources details by using the company details.
Please try to get subscription id by discussing with your company Teknoclouds" and share it with us to troubleshoot this issue at our end further.
