Azure ile iletişime geçtim bu şekilde bir yanıt verdiler... Reseller kısmında Azure yazmasına rağmen yetkili kişi belirttiğim alan adlarının Azure`ye kayıtlı olmadığını söylüyor. Ayrıca Microsoft`un alan adlarını devre dışı bırakmadığını ve GoDaddy`nin alan adlarını üzerine aldığını söylüyor! Kısacası tek muhattap olmamız gereken yerin GoDaddy olduğunu belirtiyor...

I understand that your domains efeler***.com, and yeninesil***.com has been deactivated.

I investigated the domains and I do not see any indications that now they are under Azure. Such information is not visible neither in our internal tools, nor in public access tools.

Currently, the domains are pointing to GoDaddy, and as you mentioned, they have been purchased through Teknoclouds.

Microsoft is not deactivating domain names, and I see that the domains appears as taken under GoDaddy, so I would advise you to contact GoDaddy and see if there is any issue with your registration of the domain names.

Microsoft Azure is not the domain register, so even if the domain names have been in the past purchased from Azure from Teknoclouds, we are not able to deactivate them, and I am not able to see insight information for those domains, in order to assist you further.
