Hello, I can't access for my domains since 01.07.2021. I bought my domains from the reseller of the domain registrar. But before it expired, my domains dropped to cancellation status. When I wanted to get information from the dealer about the issue, they shared that the issue wasn't related to them and that the registrar company had a problem. Later, they added that we should contact you when the official statement on the subject is made and that no other organization can help with the transfer. The list of my domains, my records in the reseller company and the English translation of the official explanations of the aforementioned company are in the attached PDF.

Yukarıdaki yazıyı yazdım ve altında domainlerimin listesini yazdım. Daha sonra müşteri panelinin dilini ingizliceye çevirip (firmanın daha kolay anlaması için) domainlerimin bulunduğu alanın ekran görüntüsünü aldım. Firmanın yaptığı açıklamaları da ingilizce olarak translate edip (gmail üzerinden direkt translate) onlarında ekran görüntüsünü aldım. Bunların hepsini PDF haline getirip formda bulunan alana upload edip firmaya yolladım.
