We recently sent you an email regarding upcoming changes to the license tier structure of WHMCS licenses.

Since that announcement, the team and I have been engaged in discussions with many of our customers and partners. These discussions have been very insightful and have given rise to much discussion internally. One area which has come up numerous times is the step increase for businesses that exceed 10k active customers under management.

As a direct result of this, today I am announcing the introduction of 2 additional Business tiers for businesses with between 10k and 30k active clients under management.

This means from July 1st there will be 9 Business license tiers, providing more gradual increments and a lower price point for businesses with between 10,000 and 30,000 customers.
