1- this statement is reassuring as it explains that very small number of children develop permanent damage ..which means chances of kid developing permanent damage is very low.
2- reassuring because doctor that rashes are very common and not every rash is dangerous enough to cause meningitis ..

5-very reassuring because doctor told that even if baby get femur fracture during delivery then it's not a big problem and can be easily managed
6- not reassuring because doctor mention that epiglottis is a rare condition but it's cases are increasing now and probably its a rare serious problem.
7- this statement is not reassuring at all . This statement explains that in brain tumor the rise in intracranial pressure would be slower but it doesn't explain that why this rise in intracranial pressure is happening. It doesn't explain the possible diagnosis and it doesn't explain what is its management . Overall it's a confusing statement.
