Bu kod ile ad ve soyadı direkt olarak gizlesem de söylediğim şekilde tasarlayamadım. Doğrusu PHP'de pek bilgim yok. Ad ve Soyad'ın ilk harfini alıp, devamına ** eklemeliyim.
