I have checked with domain registry. It seems that domain is now in redemption, you could renew domain now for
701.98 TL + VAT.
Another way would be to wait until domain is deleted and renew it for standard price. It will take around 2 weeks from now.
At this moment domain I am not able to release the domain as its status does not allow it.
