Timer Her 1 saniyede Bu javaScript Kodunu Tetiklesin istiyorum Nasıl Yapabilirim

Timerı aktif ettim sayfa yenilenmeden her saniye tarih saati basıyor.Bununla Birlikte js ile yazılmış alert göstermek istiyorum.Teşekkürler
