They do the law compliance certificates and support English/Korean copies in PDF format. Go to this site and click Certification. Then submit your domain and wait for payment instructions.

If they approve your request they will send payment instructions via email. The certificates will be sent to your email in PDF.Send the certificate to me and you will get paid the same day.
