"Napoli velata" filminin mali hak sahipleriyle akdetmis oldugu sözlesmeler neticesinde, ödenmis olunan bedeller karsiliginda Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanununun 25. maddesinde düzenlenen dijital iletim de dâhil olmak üzere Isaret Ses ve/veya Görüntü Nakline Yarayan Araçlarla Umuma Yayin hakkini elde etmis bulunup, söz konusu filmin gerekli tüm yasal haklarini elinde bulundurarak göstermektedir. 
Bu sebeple; 26.10.2018 00:00:00 tarihi itibari ile vizyona giren filmin tüm mali ve manevi haklari müvekkil sirketimize aittir ve tüm yasal haklari saklidir. Haklari sakli tutulmus eserler, dijital iletim de dâhil olmak üzere isaret, ses ve/veya görüntü unsuru ve diger unsurlar izin alinmaksizin kopyalanamaz, baska yere tasinamaz, alinti yapilamaz, internet üzerinde veya her ne sekilde olursa olsun yayinlanamaz ve kullanilamaz. (Arama motorlarinin dizinleri için kullandiklari geçici bellek kayitlarindan alinmis olsalar dahi). Bu durum Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu Kapsaminda suçtur.

Yukarida belirtilen nedenlerle fazlaya iliskin ve diger tüm haklarimiz sakli kalmak kaydiyla, Müvekkil Sirkete ait "Napoli velata" adli filme ait resim ses, görüntü ve diger tüm unsurlari üzerindeki FSEK kapsamindaki mali ve manevi haklarin ve sari ticari haklarinin ihlalini olusturan, filme ait resim ses, görüntü ve diger tüm unsularin siteniz nezdinde yayinlanmamasi, yayinlaniyor ise yayinlanmasina son verilmesini ve ilgili tüm içerigin derhal siteden çikarilmasini, aksi halde tüm yasal yollara basvurulacagini ihbaren saygilarimizla bildiririz.
