Monster TRF FAQ/trouble shoot guide.
Q. I bought more than 48hours ago there has been no email from travelflex asking for me to send a screenshot of my confirmation and wallet number.
Solutions.
1. Check you have followed the steps to send money from your exchange correctly. Some exchanges will send you an email asking you for further confirmation before releasing funds
2. Are you sending to correct address for the currency you are transfering to TRF, remember to use the address that correlates to the coin that you are sending in.
3. You forgot to push submit order on the TRF website. This is how you show the team the purchase you want to make.
4. Paypal address might be wrong You can only send amount to
sales@travelflex.org or
paypal@travelflex.org. Please make sure to list your name / email / wallet address in notes
Q. I have received the email about the screenshot confirmation and my trf wallet address. It's been 48hours and no coins?
Solutions.
1. You didn't reply to the email... please reply to the email with your screenshot and TRF account number. Wait 48hours let the team know if it's not there after.
2. You received email telling you the coins have been sent but there not in the wallet. Try the old wallet here is the link.
http://wallet.travelflex.org if they are simply transfer them to the new wallet.
3. The TRF wallet address you gave to the team was incorrect please double check this and advise Peter asap if this is the case.

A: The team will get to everybody but right now there are thousands of pending deposits, and they are done manually. If you are waiting more than a few days email

A: The funds will be cleared by the bank on monday and we will send the coins, please wait 48 hours after that.
