We are currently experiencing an issue with the DoubleClick for Publishers and DoubleClick Sales Management platforms that prevents the copying of Orders and Proposals that contain Order-level and Proposal-level custom fields, respectively. This issue does not affect the creation of new Orders or Proposals.
We expect to resolve the issue by 6PM ET Wednesday, August 5. This time frame is an estimate and may change.
