Sunucumuz aşağıda ki sorundan dolayı email göndermemekte. Giden mailler delivery que ye düşmekte, mail alımında sorun yaşanmamaktadır.

The issue is that your server is unable to make outbound connections on port 25, so SMTP connections to remote mail servers are timing out. Below is an example of a telnet attempt to one of Google's mail servers timing out on port 25:

Your host or server provider may be blocking port 25. They may require a SmartHost setup or something similar. You will need to get in contact with your host or server provider in order to determine why outbound traffic on port 25 is blocked, and how to address the issue so that you can send email.
