hocam sizin için özel olarak bu hatayı aldığım sitenin raw access verilerine baktım bu ay siteye benim dışımda hiç kimse girmemiş (maalesef üzücü bir durum).

bu sunucudaki ayar sizin dediğiniz gibi olsaydı 1. dakika her iki sitede (biri wp diğeri basit bir php scripti) too many connection hatası verip 2. dakika her ikisi de düzelmezdi.

bu arada sadece "too many connections" ibaresini görebiliyorum ben.

I had this same problem for 5 days in a row about a week ago so i routed all of my traffic to a static page (no database requests) using htaccess. I was still having problems. I couldnt even get into phpmyadmin because of too many connections and was getting an empty phpmyadmin error. I talked to a tech over chat support who said it was probably because of another user on the same server as i was, and there was nothing i could do about it. He said that the other person was using up to the max and since i was on the same server i was getting the same maxed out results.
