I buy since 16.05.2014, the server dedicated by
www.netsunucu.net which belong to the company OVH. We dont have information about dedicated server setup, maintenance and management. Therefore, we cooperate with an intermediary company. We have been also hosting our e-commerce and internet websites on OVH servers by buying OVH dedicated server from various companies for 4-5 years. Since 11:30 22.09.2014 yesterday, the access to our OVH dedicated server has been closed.

When we got in contact with netsunucu.net company, we were informed that the problem is resulting from OVH and the access of more than 70 OVH servers of netsunucu.net company is completely closed. We were also informed that although netsunucu.net company had a phone conversation with OVH for 3.5 hours and sent countless tickets the problem hasnt been solved yet. In addition, there is also a statement that OVH will not open the servers belonging to netsunucu.net company again and activate them temporarily even for backup.
However, it should be known that if there are more than 70 servers of netsunucu.net company, there are also customers buying countless hosting and dedicated server after paying the cost every month. There can be a problem between OVH and netsunucu company. However, if the servers wont be opened, at least backup should be delivered or servers should be temporarily activated for backup for about 12 hours or 1 day. This is a general procedure carried out in all datacenter companies as a result of conflicts. And, an important company like OVH should follow this procedure. There are 2500-3000 customer records and e-commerce websites on my websites on my dedicated server. If you will not provide backup or activate the server temporarily, this will be a significant problem for us.
Your immediate attention to this matter will be really appreciated, I demand from authorities from the related department of OVH to take care of this situation, to provide backup or at least to open the servers freely or non-freely so that we can receive backup.

sgnanalytics@gmail.com is my membership. If you transfer this dedicated server to my panel I can directly make you the payment immediately without the intermediary company. I can even make payment as 3 Months-6 Months-1 Year.
But if you say that the provider has to communicate with you, is it enough if they get in contact with you through
legal@ovh.net e-mail address when I convey the message to them? Because more than 70 servers of that company have been suspended. The backups of my websites found on my dedicated server are really important for me. I can buy the product myself. If the product is added to my panel or any payment amount is added, I can even pay the amount you ask even for my backups. In such intermediary company situations, I will be really appreciated if you show consideration the customers having dedicated server like me. I am pleased with using OVH products for years.

Contrary to what you specify, the dedicated server is rented by OVH to our customer who hasn't paid for the rental renewal.
Thus, the server is suspended.
We won't transfer this dedicated server to you.
As we already explained to you in our previous exchanges, the only way to reopen it is that our customer pays every and all services he subscribed with our company.
So please directly contact your provider in order to settle this situation.
We are waiting for all the payments from our customer.

Yesterday, I got in contact with netsunucu.net company. Netsunucu.net company specified that they cannot intervene in their servers found on OVH server panels and the sections about the payment are not active on OVH panels.
They also specified that they will make all payments if they have retroactive debts belonging to their servers if the payment sections on their panels are activated by you.
They request you to activate the servers when the payments are made. If this is the problem, I mean the problem is resulting from netsunucu.net company because of not making the payments, they are ready to solve the problem. When I give you the IP address of my dedicated server, you can also access to the panel of netsunucu.net company. I demand you to control it.
