download http://www.pumper.lt/MustekDriver.zip
- install the up_libv13 file using compatibility for xp (may require to log out after install)
- copy "Mustek 1200 UB Plus Driver" folder to desktop
- connect scanner to usb
- go to device manager and scan hardware changes
- find device (called as "unknown device") and click on update driver
- select manual update and direct location on desktop to driver folder "Mustek 1200 UB Plus"
- it will install automatically
