Şurda bir şeyler anlatmış mobil versiyondan linki alıp kopyalıyorsun direk url 'ye yapıştırınca html5 destekleyen tarayıcıda açılıyormuş. Bu URL ile video player'a koyarsan stream edebilirsin diye umuyorum.

1. Open Google Drive
2. Long press on the desired video file
3. From the popup, select "Send Link"
4. Choose either "Copy to Clipboard" or "Share to Clipboard."
5. Open any browser that SUPPORTS FLASH.
6. In the address bar, long press and select "Paste" or "Paste and Go" (just copy the URL into your browsers address bar).
