Merhaba arkadaşlar , istanbulda bulunan bir evimi satışa koydum. Sahibinden, milliyetemlak, hürriyetemlak gibi sitelere ilan koydum. Geçen hafta bir mesaj geldi bu ilanlar üzerinden, üyeliği olmayan biri mesaj bırakmış. Bende maille cevap verdim ardından alttaki mesaj geldi. Bende evi satabilceğimi değerini son oluru vs yazdım ingilizce bilen bir avukatımız aracılığıyla. ardından 2. mesaj geldi. Tamam uygundur satabilirim dedim. Onun ardından 3.mesaj geldi. Ona karşılıkta avukata okuttum böyle kolay değil yabancıya satış işlemi dedi. Buraya gelmelisin falan filan dedi. Bu adam tam olarak ne yazdı onuda bilmiyorum parayı göndericem evide sonramı alıcam ne diyor bilmiyorum. Suriyelim kardeşimden 7.5 milyon dolar kaldı diyor çocuğumu karımı öldürdüler kimyasalla, ben almanyada doktorluk ypaıyorum şimdi türkiyeye gelemem falan diyor. Neyse bu gelişmeler yaşanırken gece, alttaki uzun yazılan mesaja benzer bir mesaj daha geldi. Oda benzer şeyler 15 milyon dolarım var suriyelim diyor evini almak istiyorum falan filan bişiler diyor. Bunlar kim gerçekten ciddilermi evimi alcaklarmı yada dolandırıcımı ne yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Gece gelen mesajda kalın olan mesaj.. Oda önce ilan üzerinden mesaj attı satıyorum deyince.
