1. öncelikle regedit.exe 'ye giriş yapıp HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\Tcpip\Parameters\ bu yolu buluyorsun.

2.sağ tarafta "EnableConnectionRateLimiting" bu değeri ara eğer yoksa aynı yolda yeni deyip dword değeri oluştur adını belirttiğim şekilde yazıp değerini "0" ver.

3. regedit'i kapatıp bilgisayarı yeniden başlat.

İlaveten bunuda eklemen yada düzeltmen gerekiyor.
