If your account is disabled for monetization, you will not be able to regain monetization for six months and your account must be in good standing.

If you have received a worldwide Content ID block on a video, but you are certain that you own all the necessary rights, you may want to dispute the claim. Account monetization may still be disabled if you delete the blocked videos.
