dosyayı bilgisayarınıza indirip notepad++ ile açın ve Kodlama menüsünden UTF8 (bomsuz) seçip kaydedin ve tekrar yükleyin.

Dediklerinizi yaptım aynı şekilde dosyayı yükledim yine aynı ama son bir deneme yapmak istedim, bana bu seferde farklı iki hata çıkardı.
