European NIC, Inc has terminated its Registry-Registrar Agreement with Verisign for the com and net TLDs conditioned on the termination of the .com and .net Registry-Registrar Agreements, ICANN has authorized a bulk transfer of all .com and .net names from European NIC, inc to Key-Systems.

At present, all the .COM/.NET domains belonging to European NIC, Inc have been transferred to Key-Systems. Hence both the domains 'americatomorrow.com' and 'websitecards.com' were transfer to Key-Systems without any notification.
