whmcs sitemini yeni sunucumuza yükledim bütün ayarlar tamam whmcs.com sitesinden reissue işlemini yaptık ama admin panelinde

mebra hosting de böyle bir sorun yaşamış ama nasıl çözdügünmü konuda anlatmamış

sunucuya whmcs den indirdigim curltest.php dosyasını yükledim çalıştırdım ondada aldıgım hata aşağıdaki gibidir.
