I've looked into your account and verified that these orders were cancelled and your credit card has not been charged.
When you placed your order, we did contact your bank to confirm that your credit card was valid and requested an authorisation for the amount of the purchase. This may be why the funds appear as unavailable on your account.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel authorisations. Authorisations typically expire within 7 days if the charge is not processed. If you need to remove the authorisation before the normal expiration period set by your bank, please contact them directly.
