Bunu şu şekilde uyarlamam gerekiyordu aşağıya uyarladım

firma------sehir------uyeliktur------onay
A firması---34----------1------------1--

C firması---58----------1------------1--
D firması---34----------1------------1--
E firması---58----------1------------1--

çıktısı şu oluyor

Array ( [0] => 34 [sehir] => 34 [1] => 34 ) Array ( [0] => 58 [sehir] => 58 [1] => 58 )

ama benim olmasını istediğim aşağıdaki gibiydi.

$sehir=Array("34","58")

Nasıl elde edbilirm bunu..
