The first thing I saw was:

which says "NO GLUE".. this means that the parent server does not return any IPs.

Because of this, the values *must* have A records to ensure that ns1/ns2 resolve.
They do not resolve, so as a result, client lookups don't know where to look for the dns lookup of any domains that use them.

As a result, I logged into DA on your box and added the missing ns1/ns2 A records.

After I added the missing A records for ns1/ns2, the domains all started to resolve.
