Opss bi sn yanlış anlamışım..Ben sidebarda anladım..

bu kod var ya index.php de

bundan önce

 <?php query_posts($query_string . '&cat=-4022'); ?>

bunu koy -4022,-4548 gibi kategorilerin idlerini ekle.
