Dear customer,
Due to the volcanic eruption in Iceland on April 14, the flights destined for European have been disrupted.
FocalPrice orders from April 14 to April 21, which are shipped to European areas, have been held in the HK post office. Now, as the declining of the eruption, the Airlines have resumed service, but it may take 7-10 days for the HK post office to clear the existing backlog. We sincerely hope that you can patiently wait for a few days if your order can not be tracked or show “is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of XX-Apr-2010” on the HK post website. Additionally, some orders shipped to European countries before April 14 may be held in the transfer airport temporarily as well. They are waiting for being shipped and will need five or seven days more than usual to reach destination.
Pls also note that: The flight for Brazil will be available after May 1st. So, the Bazilian customer need to wait for much more days than usual.
