Your Server, XX-0xxxx, has now been disconnected. You can collect your servers any time, provided that your account is paid for in full and there are no due balances. Please arrange for collection of your servers in the next seven days.

We have limited storage capacity here so encourage clients to pick up their servers as soon as possible. Please note that if you require storage past seven days, we have a storage charge of £35 per item per week, which we require to be paid before the equipment is collected. For more information about our storage charge, please see our terms and conditions.

Alternatively, we offer courier shipment of your equipment by a specialised computer equipment relocation company, Comtec. The fully-insured service provided by Comtec is:

1. Come to data centre to collect server
2. Wrap server in anti-static bubble wrap
3. Place in IT relocation crate
4. Cover with anti static blanket and seal crate
5. Deliver to destination in Comtec van
6. Unpack and hand to client
7. The cost for this service is £100+VAT plus £2+VAT per mile that the server is delivered to from our office. The mileage is calculated as driving distance for the fastest route, not “as the crow flies”.

We do not offer a packaging service, or any other courier.

Unfortunately we are unable to package the server ourselves. We do not keep original packaging due to storage constraints. Servers are valuable items, and incorrect packaging can lead to damage in transit. The reason we do not package servers is that if a server is damaged in transit, it can lead to situations which are difficult to resolve.

We are unable to offer delivery by a non-specialised courier, such as ParcelForce, DHL or FedEx. We are unable to offer these courier options because they do not package the server.

Please let us know as soon as possible whether you would like to use our delivery service, or have the server collected by one of your staff.
