EFT duplicate error message

Details: When setting up an EFT account, the following error appears, even if no bank account information has been previously entered: "Duplicate account information. You have already submitted this account." Workaround: Please check to ensure that you haven't previously entered your bank account information. If this is the first time you've entered this information, we ask that you temporarily select a check option for your form of payment.
