htaccess dosyasını aç (tercihen notepad)
şunu alt satıra yaz
php_flag display_errors off
sorun düzelecektir..



bide alt dizine atanlar muhtemelen css'yi site görmeeyecektir..
şu kod uygun olur sanırım..
