Your account is over utilizing allowed resources for the plan and we can't allow any one user to degrade server
performance by over utilizing allowed resources as it has a direct impact on other users on the server

We had to disable web access to your account. However, you will still have regular access to your cpanel and FTP. Budget resellers may not use more than 1% CPU daily, 3% memory daily, run more than 8 simultaneous
processes per user, allow any process to run for longer than 15 CPU seconds, or run any process that
consumes more than 10% of available CPU at any time. Databases are limited to 8 max user connections
with a max query time of 5 seconds.

Cron jobs must not execute more than once every hour and niced to 10 or greater.

ya bu cpu kullanımı şu Güncel Fenerbahçe Haberleri - ForumİLK bunun gibi 3 sayfa hazırladım bundan olabilirmi? acaba?

Google Analytics'in hiç bir etkisi olmaz. Senin hostunu kullanmıyor çünkü.
Ama forum yazılımları band ve cpu/ram canavarıdır. Kurtul onlardan. ( Sadece forum sitesi değilse )
Forum sitesi ise bir an önce yedeklerini alıp VPS filan kirala.

son birşey daha sormam gerekirse şimdi adamlar diyorki % 1 cpu kullanım sınırı var diyor, bu reseller paketimdeki tüm siteler içinmi yoksa tek bir sitem içinmi.

birde bu %1 dediği (server makinası 4 gb ramli) 4 GB'ın %1i anlamındamıdır?
