When a domain name is submitted for transfer to your Moniker Account, the Moniker Transfer System sends out a Transfer Confirmation E-mail to the Administrative e-mail address on file in the Whois Record. The Subject of the e-mail is: "Bulk Domain Transfer Request Authorization".
Until the directions in that e-mail are followed, the domain name will remain in the "TRANSFER-PENDING-AUTH" status and the transfer will not process.
Therefore, if you have never received the e-mail, you may first wish to view the Whois Record for your domain name and verify that the e-mail address listed is an active address, that you have access to.
If the address is incorrect, you would need to update the e-mail address at your current registrar. If you do not have access to that particular domain name and e-mail address (for example, if you are purchasing the name from another party), you may wish to contact the individual that does have access to that particular e-mail address and ask them to forward you the confirmation e-mail.
