Konuyu açacak başlık bulamadıgım icin buraya açtım konuyu. SSL adında bir başlık oluşturulsa forumda güzel olur bence yada ben göremedim belkide vardır. Bir site için EV SSL başvurusu yaptım fakat noter onaylı bazı belgeler istiyor onay icin GeoTrust firması. Daha once EV SSL alan oldumu yani noterde ne tür bir belge onaylattılar.Belgeleri pdf v.s olarak verebilirseler kendi firmamıza göre düzenleriz bizde. Noter yeminli tercüman ile dosyaları çevirelim v.s diyor yoksa. Buna gerek varmı. Daha önce EV SSL alan vardır muhakkak. Bilgi verebilirseniz sevinirim.

EV SSL onayı için yetkili lisanslı avukat gerekiyor sanırım. Bu sekilde bir avukat tanıyan varmı telefon numarasını iletirse kendisi ile konuyu görüşebilmem icin. Forumda hiç EV SSL alan yok sanırım yada alanlardan konuyu gören olmadı. Bu konuda bilgisi olan varsa yardımcı olursa cok sevinirim.

Evet problem malesef devam ediyor. Son mailde EV SSL degil normal SSL almamızı istediler bizden yani belgeleri ayarlayamıyorsanız diyerek. Fakat sondan bir önceki mailde istedikleri formlar aşagıda direk maili orjinal haliyle iletiyorum. İyi niyet ile yardımcı olmaya çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkür ediyorum.

Instructions

Section A: To be completed by GeoTrust Customer
1. Print out this form.
2. This form can only be signed by the Organization Contact listed on your Extended Validation (EV) certificate request, in the presence of a licensed lawyer, Certified Public Accountant, or Notary Public or equivalent. You are responsible for all fees (if any) charged for this service. The Organization Contact must be an Owner/Principal Individual of the business.
3. Complete Section A of the form. Do not sign the form.
4. Bring three(3) forms of identification with you to the lawyer, accountant, or notary as follows:
A. One widely recognized government-issued Photo ID signed by the individual such as a Driver’s License, passport, a personal identification card, a concealed weapons permit, or a military ID

AND
B. One secondary type of identification from a financial institution (photo NOT required) that includes your name, such as:
• A valid major credit/debit card, provided that it contains an expiration date and it has not
expired
• A mortgage statement from a recognizable lender that is less than six months old
• A bank statement from a regulated financial institution that is less than six months old

AND
C. ONE additional secondary type of identification (photo not required) that includes your name as follows:
• A second identification document from a financial institution
• Recent original utility bills or certificates from a utility company confirming the
arrangement to pay for the services at a fixed address (not a mobile/cellular telephone bill)
• A copy of a statement for a payment of a lease provided the statement is dated
within the past six months
• A certified copy of a birth certificate
• A local authority tax bill for the current year
• A certified copy of a court order, such as a divorce certificate, annulment
papers, or adoption papers
5. Instruct the lawyer, accountant, notary to read the instructions in Section B below and complete the Acknowledgement.
6. Sign your name (section A) in the presence of the lawyer, accountant, or notary
7. Fax the completed (original) notarized form to: 1-650-237-8871 or email to: ev-orders@geotrust.com in order for Customer Service to verify the form prior to you mailing the original copies.
8. Once Customer Service has verified the form is properly filled out, send the completed (original) notarized form along with a copy of the government-issued Photo ID attested to by the lawyer, accountant, or notary by: First Class Postal Mail, Federal Express, or other equivalent means to:

Instructions to lawyer, accountant, or notary:

The document you are attesting to is part of the GeoTrust Extended Validation SSL Certificate Request process. GeoTrust will contact you to confirm you performed the attestation.

Extended Validation SSL Certificates are issued pursuant to strict guidelines published at www.cabforum.org (“EV Guidelines”). These EV Guidelines mandate that GeoTrust obtain verification of a Principle individual associated with the business applying for the certificate. Specifically, section 14(a)(3) of the EV Guidelines.

1. Modify this form where necessary to assure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Use the backside of this form if necessary.
2. Complete the Acknowledgement below.
3. Request and examine at least three pieces of Subscriber identification as follows:
A. One widely recognized, government-issued Photo ID, signed by the individual, such as

military ID. You must attest on a copy of the of the current signed government-issued
photo identification document that it is a full, true, and accurate reproduction of the

Bizim asıl sorunumuz şu. Bu mailde üç form var. Bu üç formu doldurup onaylatacagımız resmi kurum bulamadık. Noter yapmıyor avukat yapmıyor. 6-7 notere sorduk. 20 ye yakın avukatla görüştük. Telekomünikasyon iletişim başkanlığını aradık EV SSL nedir bilmiyorlar bir sekreter cıktı nereye yönlendirecegine karar veremedi. btk aynı şekilde. Domain sahibi olduğumuzu kanıtlayan bir belge ve vergi levhası faaliyet belgesi v.s türkçe oldugu şekliyle taratıp GeoTrust firmasına gönderdik. Eger alabilirsek EV SSL aşamalarını burda anlatacagım bilmeyenlerde faydalansın diye. Bilen varsada bize yardımcı olursa sevinirim.

victories bilgilendirme için teşekkürler. baglı oldugunuz odadan faaliyet belgenizin olması yeterli dedi ihs operatörleri. isimtescil ile görüstük domain başvuru formu ve faaliyet belgesi istediler. fakat bu belgeleri biz ilgili firmaya gönderdik zaten. Şahıs firması olması hasebi ile ek bir dogrulama yapmaya calışıyorlar anladıgım kadarı ile. Ondan dolayı bu formları ek olarak doldurmamızı istediler ve onaylatmamızı. Şahıs firmasıyız. Faaliyet belgesine sahip yer sağlayıcıyız. Durum bu. 2 senelik 250 dolara direk geotrust firmasından alıyoruz sertifikayı. TR de biraz pahalıya satıyor aracı firmalar o yüzden ihs yi v.b firmaları düsünmedik. Normalin iki katı fiyatlar cünkü. Neyse konuyu dagıtmak istemiyorum. Yardımcı olan arkadaşlara teşekkürler.

Bir önceki yazımda 3 form göndermiştim bu formları onaylayacak avukat v.s bulamadık. bizden bunları yetkili bir avukat tarafından onaylatmamızı istiyorlar. son gönderdikleri mail aşagıda orjinal haliyle. daha önce EV SSL almış ve bu belgeleri onaylattıkları bir avukat v.s bilgisi varsa kendileri ile iletişime geçelim istiyoruz ama bu işten haberi olan bir avukat bulamadık malesef. Yardımcı olmaya çalışanlara teşekkürler.

There is much more we need for the Principle Individual Letter.
Also, we need 3 documents from you, your ID, passport, Drivers license verified by the lawyer.

And the lawyer needs to give his Address, his registration number, because we will call the law society in Turkey and ask if he is registered.
Then we call him with the Telefon number we got from the law society and we confirm with him, that he has signed and stamped the documents.

Please send us all this documents first by email. We will check if they are good. And only then send them by post to us.
