Strange, I don't see why this happened, but I've restored the latest
backup and your database again has around 80+MB of data. Give it a look
and if you still have problems, let me know. I did write you about a
month back about this database, your table "files" was causing lots of
load and problems on the mysql server, and I had to disable the table. I
did not delete the whole database or remove any data, just disable that
one table. As soon as I restored the database, I see these same bad
queries running. Please fix these queries for "files" table first, if
you can't optimize it please look into mysql hosting that can support the
very bad queries you are running:

Web Hosting by DreamHost Web Hosting: Web Sites, Domain Registration, WordPress, Ruby on Rails, all on Debian Linux!

You can write me at Justin@dreamhost.com about this issue. I can provide
a backup of the database, such as to your ftp directory, if you wish.
Here
are the bad queries that were in the mysql slow log, please note the
"query_time" in seconds and the rows_examined.
