fit your situation....I would say your blog is having publishing
issues....you will end up on a FAQ page and near the bottom there is a
link to contact them...the form is through that link. Did you not get
any contact from Blogger directly, when this happened, since you
mentioned trojans, I assume they told you already why your blog was
blocked.
